Sociocs is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using Sociocs Products, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Sociocs may change this policy from time to time by updating this page, and you should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

Information collected
We may collect the following information:

We use data collection device known as “cookies” at certain stages of use of Sociocs Products. Cookies are small files situated on your mobile/ computer/ device’s storage that assists us in providing authentication and customized services. A cookie helps us analyze your preferences by, for example, recording the number of times you have used the Sociocs Products, and help us in tailoring our services to suit your interests. Further, there are certain features of the Sociocs Products that are available only through the use of a cookie. These cookies may be used whether you register on the Sociocs Products or not. Sociocs Products may contain links to other websites and mobile apps of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over those products. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the product in question.
Controlling your personal information
You may ask us to delete or remove your personal data, such as in the cases of deletion of your account. In those cases, we may retain basic information about you for our record keeping. We may not be able to ensure that third parties with whom we shared your data has deleted your personal information.
